This antique American Allen & Thurber percussion pepperbox revolver from circa 1847-55. Serial no. 288, .31 caliber. Blued 3.5″ inch fluted, six-shot barrel cluster marked Allen & Thurber Worcester. Scroll-engraved nipple shield and frame. Bar hammer marked Allen’s Patent/1845. The condition is good with some rust on the cylinder and handle.
